Despite the mask mandates and precautions, from the first meeting with Pierre-Marc, I was impressed. We walked through and he kept pointing out selling points we hadn't even considered. He had an effective marketing plan and presentation. By the time he finished with the pictures and video I thought, that is not my house. His keen eye and insight into how best to present were invaluable in quickly getting an offer and quick close. Highly recommend!
